ONE YEAR AFTER THE SECOND BLOODY INVASION OF MY ANCESTRAL HOME IN ORAIFITE, EKWUSIGO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF ANAMBRA STATE, AND THE GRUESOME MURDER/BURNING OF THE CORPSE OF MY LATE PERSONAL ASSISTANT (SAMUEL UZO OKORO), THE NIGERIAN SECURITY AGENCIES ARE YET TO ADMIT CULPABILITY FOR THE BLOODY ATTACK IN MY HOME.
One-Year in our hearts πππ Sunday, 6th June, 2021, is a day I tagged a “BLACK SUNDAY”. It is a day never to be forgotten as long as I live, and in the history of my hometown, Oraifite and Mankind.
This day followed in the sequence of bloody attacks in my ancestral home, all carefully planned, orchestrated and targeted at eliminating me, but for the Grace of ChukwuOkike Abiama protecting me at all times.
At the ungodly hours of this Black Sunday morning, specifically at about 2:30am, exactly one-year ago today, there was another bloody invasion of my family house at Oraifite by a joint security team, made up of heavily armed Soldiers, men of the Nigeria Police Force, the operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS), and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps.
These murderers in security uniforms, scaled through my fence and laid siege on my peaceful ancestral home from about 2:30am until past 3:30am, during which time they fired sporadically in different directions, and viciously expended live ammunitions on my domestic staff, which bloody assault led to the gruesome assassination of my Personal Assistant (Late Samuel Uzo Okoro), and consequent abduction of three of my unarmed domestic staff who never resisted arrest.
These violent assault are clearly captured in the attached CCTV footage, to refresh the minds of the world, to recall the carnage committed in my peaceful ancestral home.
These bloodsucking security operatives stormed my home with about fifteen (15) hilux vans, and conspicuously aided by two native doctors whose bodies were dotted with charms.
These monsters invaded my peaceful abode, undeniably, with the sole intention of killing me at all cost and by any means available to them. The bloody operation was effectively bankrolled and superintended by those we had hitherto, made their identities known to the world.
However, Chukwuokike Abiama was in control, as He has always been. And when they could not gain access to me, they gruesomely hacked my personal assistant, Mr. Samuel Uzo Okoro (aka Biggy) to death right inside my compound and whisked away his corpse after dumping it inside the boot of my Camry car. They drove my car to a town called Neni in Aniocha L.G.A. of Anambra State, where the soulless beings set both the corpse of Biggy and the car ablaze.
This typified the height of wickedness and Manβs inhumanity to Man! The desecration of human life, committed by no less a group, than the Nigerian security agents who feed on our hard earned taxes.
Dear Biggy, your demise remains an open wound that can never heal. Though the wheels of justice seems slow, I will ensure that your murderers pay for this huge crime against you and humanity.
My chief driver (Mr. Felix), two of my domestic staff namely, Ugochukwu and Ikenna Chibuike were also bundled away, and to this day, they are still in the custody of these marauders.
The interesting twist, which I will respectfully comment on through this medium and specifically crave the attention of the world, is the fact that, following obvious gross violation of extant Laws of the Land, disclosed in this unprovoked attack on my ancestral home, I promptly initiated an action at the Federal High Court Awka in Suit No: FHC/AWK/CS/56/21 Between Mr. IFEANYI EJIOFOR, ESQ. VS NIGERIA POLICE FORCE & ORS; Suit No: FHC/AWK/57/2021 Between MRS. FELICIA SAMUEL OKORO V NIGERIA POLICE FORCE & ORS.; and Suit No: FCT/HC/CV/2496/2021 Between MR. FELIX OKONKWO & 2ORS V NIGERIA POLICE FORCE & ANOR, at the F.C.T. High Court, to challenge these grave infractions of my Fundamental Rights, Rights of my late PA who was gruesomely murdered in the bloody attack on my home, and the Rights of three of my domestic Staff still being held in detention facility of the Nigerian Security Agency.
The combined team of the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, the DSS, and the Civil Defence, all through the facts they carefully verified on oath, filed in response to the aforementioned Suits, ROUNDLY DENIED ever stepping their feet in my home, nor ever participating in the barbaric operation. Ostensibly, alluding to the fact that those neatly knitted in security uniforms and camouflage that invaded my peaceful home, killed and abducted my wards are UNKNOWN GUNMEN.
However, I wish to categorically state it clearly that my search for the whereabouts of three of my domestic staff abducted during the bloody invasion of my home had yielded fruit. The Security Agency holding them can no longer dispute this fact because the wheel of justice is gradually tilting towards a positive direction. I may not dwell much on this part because this item is already subjudice.
The world is again, invited to carefully watch this CCTV footage, and draw your inferences from the sophisticated weapons these criminals in Security Uniforms were conspicuously armed with, to determine whether they’re such that non-state actors could have access to? The facts speaks for itself.
Very pertinent to also point out is that our petitions to the Heads of all Security Formations in Nigeria, whose personnel were involved in this bloody onslaught in my peaceful home was never investigated, nor was any Report on such murderous attack in the home of a Lawyer of International Repute, released by the Authorities.
Nevertheless, be assured that we are leaving no stone unturned, towards ensuring that justice is done. The law will vertically run its full course and I can never be intimidated.
There’s no gainsaying the fact that if these enemies of Mankind had succeeded in killing me on that very day I returned home, they would have blamed it on unknown gunmen as they have alluded in their various depositions on oath. God forbid!
My elder brother, Mr. Joel Ejiofor who was earlier abducted by the invading marauders in Nigerian Security Uniforms, was later pushed out of one of their hilux vans at Ojoto en route Awka, Anambra State, but not after he had clearly identified the uniforms of the security formations of these marauders.
Mr. Joel Ejiofor was presumably, pushed out of their vehicle in Ojoto to avoid him witnessing the setting ablaze of Biggyβs corpse along with my vehicle.
Dear UmuChineke, please keep the family of Biggy in your prayers always, as well as my domestic staff still in custody and my humble self.
I want to seize this opportunity to once again publicly appeal to the relevant Security Agency still illegally detaining my wards namely:
1) Mr. Felix. Okonkwo
2) Mr. Ikenna Chibuike and
3) Mr. Okafor Lawrence Ugochukwu,
to immediately release them because they have committed no offence known to law. You can no longer continue to hide the facts of their being detained in your custody, because you are aware that I am now aware.
It should be recalled that one week after the bloody invasion of my ancestral home, the operatives of the DSS invaded Mr. Sunday Adeniyi Adeyemo aka Sunday Igbohoβs residence, wherein many were killed in the bloody invasion, and many were equally arrested. It will interest the world to note that every person arrested in that operation from Igbohoβs residence has been released.
Why are my staff still being detained for a year running, without being charged to court if they have committed any offence known to law, or released unconditionally? Is it because they are from a race regarded as third class citizens in Nigeria?
Unfortunately, if their strategy is to instill fear, intimidate or discourage me in the discharge of my professional services to my indefatigable Client – Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and the IPOB, then that mundane strategy is dead on arrival because I will stop at nothing in my frontal attack against every forms of injustice, which is now deep rooted in our already rotten system. It is a divine mandate which nobody can stop! It is divinely ordained!
May the Almighty Chukwuokike Abiama continue to guide and protect us and our loved ones in the discharge of this onerous services.
Thank you all, and remain richly blessed.
Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Esq. (KSC)
