A beautiful morning and happy new week, Ezigbo UmuChineke.
What beautiful news to start the week with!
I was awake until 4:20am this morning, to participate in a marathon Hearing on a protracted Protection Application (Request for Special Protection Under Refugee Status), going on in one of the European Countries.
The Hearing Notice was served on me to provide oral evidence and to also adumbrate on the compendium of the Expert Legal opinion we submitted on the heinous activities of the Nigerian Security Agencies, who are daily abducting/kidnapping innocent and unarmed members of the IPOB, and viciously carrying out their enforced disappearance, clinically killings of those arrested without any traces, including all highlighted forms of intimidation, persecution, and torture being meted to innocent members of this global peaceful movement.
To the Glory of God, at the end of the marathon Hearing before the Apex Appeal Tribunal, the distinguished members of the Apex Tribunal found that this Ezigbo NwaChineke, who is the applicant, has a well founded fear of persecution as envisaged in the handbook on procedure and criteria for determining Refugee Status under the 1951 Convention and 1967 Protocol Relating to the status of Refugee HCR/IP/4/ENG/REV., and consequently, the erudite Panel of the Apex Appeal Tribunal granted this Nwachineke’s Request for Special Refugee Status. CASE CLOSED!!!
Hearing on this matter, which has been ongoing since 2018, victoriously ended in favour of this lucky Ezigbo NwaChineke.
May I use this medium to specially thank and appreciate the Leadership of the IPOB for their erudite submissions before this Apex Appeal Tribunal, which positively impacted this landmark victory.
We remain optimistic that the long awaited victory on the unconditional release of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will manifest soon.
Congratulations to this Ezigbo NwaChineke! It is, indeed, a victory for Ezigbo UmuChineke! πππ.
May the Almighty ChukwuOkike Abiama be forever praised. Isee, Iseeeee, Iseeeeeee.
