My name is Mazi Chinasa Nworu, a member of the IPOB Directorate Of States.
This is my first address of the year 2025. Today, I want to commend all Biafrans for supporting IPOB, and the Eastern Security Network. I want to commend IPOB worldwide for standing strong all these while. You may think we are not getting it right all these while but I must assure you that the IPOB leadership and movement are doing everything possible to ensure that goals are achieved. The enemies are investing heavily in a hybrid war to combat us. The politicians in Biafraland are investing heavily to displace the IPOB movement.

I thank all IPOB members, IPOB media warriors, and all lovers of freedom who have stood strong by IPOB in these past years. Many times it appears as though we are all quite serious or producing results in what we are doing, but that’s not the case. The problem is that we have many enemies, especially of Igbo extraction who are spending millions to ensure that IPOB never succeeds and Nnamdi Kanu never gets freed.

People do not understand what IPOB is doing. Freedom is not only about territorial. Our land was completely masked and ignored by those in power until IPOB arrived and have continuously persuaded Leaders in Biafraland to look at our land. And thankfully, we keep seeing the results on a daily basis. So, IPOB will not stop until Biafra is completely free.

This evening I am beginning on the issue of security in Anambra State, then move to Imo State.

Soludo released a press of a new security formation in addition to the ones they have been forming for the past four years. But the point I want to make is how these formations are all against IPOB. They use these armed formations to kill Biafrans and accuse IPOB. ESN has been there contending Fulani Marauders without any support from these politicians never care to fight the enemies.

The recent development in Anambra State by the Governor, Mr Soludo who just announced yesterday that he has floated yet another militia called ‘Agunechemba’ in Anambra State will be the prime focus of this evening’s address before I go on to Imo State. Need all Biafrans know that, since the creation of the ESN the Southeast Governors have created countless security outfits, not necessarily to fight insecurity or social vices but to try and fight IPOB and ESN. They have created defunct Ebubeagu by Umahi& Uzodimma, AVG in Ana, Forest guard in Enugu, etc all these plethora of security outfits has never accounted for securing the lives and properties of Biafrans instead people were being killed and kidnapped. The primary aim of all these security outfits by the SE Governors is to fight ESN, though they failed and will continue to. In Anambra State, cult killings have been ongoing. This is where the AVG which is widely known for its heavy involvement in kidnappings going on in Anambra State, couldn’t stop it. All of you remember when I came here calling out ‘Igbakaigba’ who served in the Obiano administration and also as homeland national security advisor in the current administration of Anambra State. These guys aided and sponsored the kidnappings and provided support for the Fulani terrorists which the ESN are trying to keep at bay, they aim to remove the ESN and use the terror activities of the Fulani terrorists for selfish political gains.

Soludo and his fellow politicians have been using Fulani men in conjunction with Anambra Vigilante Group(AVG), with the help of one Igbakigba to kidnap their political opponents and torture different persons in Anambra. In many instances of Fulani invasion, the South East Governors never cared, because these Funalis were useful to them for some operations they couldn’t use Igbo people for.

From the stated press release of Soludo where he talks about armed men that were of command and control units that were formed, where he said no one cared about these armed men eating, we see how the people meeting politicians to beg for money are trying to taint the image of IPOB.

The attempts of Gov Soludo to rope in the ESN into the crimes in Anambra as a justification for his new militia will not fly. Can Mr. Soludo tell the world if IPOB or ESN was in existence when his father was kidnapped in 2009, same thing applies to Mikel Obi, Okonji we ala, etc. How come all those crimes are being pinned on Biafra agitation? Even when they themselves are using these useless, indisciplined militias for political gimmicks and bickering. The reason why these SE govs don’t have the balls to tell the police and military checkpoints littering the roads of Biafraland, extorting our people. Because they have the records of all their dirty secrets.

What these politicians do is form a group of boys and use them for their operations. When done, they will disband them and make new formations. Example: Anambra Vigilante Group are Kidnappers. They kidnap someone, move them to any local government, and lock the person in a room. Then take the person’s phone to a hotel and start calling for ransom

Soludo should know that they have killed our people enough. If this new formation ever kidnaps or kills any IPOB member, we will make sure they never go alive from wherever we find them.

Gov Soludo should not force us to make him tell the world what happened to the Late Mrs Dora Akunyili of blessed memory and his knowledge of it. Since he is riding on the sentiments over the killing and assassination of Mr Akunyili back in 2021 by Criminals in Anambra State trying to pin it on IPOB, we will be forced to a corner to spill.

Most of the hotels in Biafraland have been converted to places where all sorts of evil and illicit businesses take place. Kidnappings, organ harvesters, etc and they are hiding under the cloak of Yahoo. While the political class tries to pin it on IPOB.

Soludo is accusing IPOB of kidnapping. Ask Soludo about the kidnap of his father, that of Ngozi Okonjo Iwuala, Mikael Obi far before IPOB came, which they all paid ransoms for. Ask him if IPOB was there then.

We don’t blame them. We blame the criminals that go to beg them for money.

Can someone ask Gov Soludo how the people he caught in Upper Iweka in the name carrying or trading illicit drugs, automatically became IPOB members or related to Biafra agitation?

When we said our people should return home last December, these governors sponsored people who carried false security news against that move. But our people returned and our place was comfortable and peaceful.

I do not blame the South-East Governors who have the temerity to talk down on a global noble IPOB movement, I only blame the greedy ungrateful fools who go to beg them for money using the name of IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Why these politicians have intensified their fight against IPOB recently because they see a possibility of Nigeria going into regional government, with what Tinubu is doing. And IPOB will have a strong hold on our region.

Soludo must withdraw his statement against IPOB or we will remind him of how he knows about what happened to Benjamin Ezemma, Akunyili, Ifeanyi Uba, etc.

One of the AVG commanders called BIG FISH kidnapped Soludo’s aid and Soludo paid 30 million and later killed the Big Fish. Soludo did you parade that Big Fish when you killed him? Was it IPOB that killed him?

If Governor Soludo was interested in curtailing the influx of insecurity in Anambra State then he should have deployed and mounted resistance at the boundaries with Imo State but he didn’t. The criminality is a pretext to accuse IPOB and solidify his militias. Mr Soludo, we know how Mrs Akunyili died and your role in it. Your horrible lifestyle can’t be masked while you point false accusing fingers.

ESN and IPOB are tirelessly fighting to defend Biafraland and the only gratitude our Igbo leaders can show is the fight against IPOB.

Do we know that though IPOB painstakingly made sure that Mike Okiro did not get the Ohanaeze PG position and that the position went to Rivers State as supposed, the deep of Ohanaeze proceeded to appoint three different people from the same region and are pressuring each of them to form a parallel government?

Let Ohanaeze know that this 2025, we will help them to completely end the Ohanaeze if they don’t want to respect themselves.

Kubana Chief Priest should also retrace his steps. He is a bad influence on our society. Most of those cars they parade about are stolen in Europe. That’s why they can’t take them to the car company for service. They pay people from Dubai to come and service these cars in their houses.

All of you saw what happened in the Ohanaeze Ndigbo election. The Deep State in the Ohanaeze Ime-obi sponsored three different candidates and selected them all as winners, prodding them to create a parallel section in Ohanaeze. IPOB had objectives; to ensure that Rivers State duly provided an Ohanaeze President General and they have. Even though, Obasanjo was pressing for Mike Okiro his candidates to create a commotion. IPOB made a statement in this regard and he withdrew. They still went on to select 3 candidates pushing them to form a parallel section in Ohanaeze. They want us to fight ourselves. I must advise everyone to allow the sleeping dog to lie. IPOB will not interfere in the internal politics of Ohanaeze. However, if they fail to sit up on their responsibilities to Ndigbo. We will contribute squarely to its demise.

Dear Biafran, Igbo Youths, let me reiterate the need that it is important that you either go to school or get a skill. Our society is degenerating terribly and our youths are falling victim in mass. U see these social media ‘Azamen’ influencing our youths into leaving skills acquisition or education to pursue quick wealth because of the wrong impression they get from these social media billionaires. Igbo youths must know that these multi-billion-dollar exotic cars they parade on social media to oppress you are beyond their actual net worths. These cars are obtained through illicit means to stop being misimpressed by social media billionaires.

After reasonable considerations and deliberation by the IPOB Leadership led by the head of Directorates Mazi Chika Edoziem, IPOB has decided to for the last time open the IPOB families worldwide to absorb Biafrans who may either have been lost in these past years or those trying to join the fight for Biafra self-determination. An official memo will be communicated widely where the terms and conditions upon which you can be induced into the IPOB family. We will vet you and check your records to ensure that those who were deeply involved or have criminal tendencies are not accepted back into the IPOB families. Other criteria are elaborated in the soon-to-be-published memo.

Biafrans and Lovers of freedom, the rate at which Fulani is trooping into our land again currently is very alarming. Danger looms!

We encourage everyone to support ESN this 2025.

I cannot overemphasize the need for support for the ESN. Danger looms in Biafraland. The herdsmen are not giving up in Biafraland. There are reasons why we made sure that ESN are not operational in the cities or citizens populated areas or involved in community policing. Let me make this clear, ESN is not in Orsu, Orlu, Ihiala, and other hotbeds of criminals in Biafraland. The reasons for this is because of the complexities of identification or misrepresentation. In these aforementioned places, are where armed gangs of different sects operate and are involved in all sorts of crimes in Biafraland. Hence, the ESN does not operate in these areas. We don’t stay where we can be misidentified.

Outside the criminals masquerading as Biafra agitators, and other criminal and kidnapping gangs, the Nigerian military (active and Ex-soldiers) are involved in the criminality in Biafraland. They own the highways of Biafraland. Some of the kidnapping ops that go on in Biafraland are conducted by active, renegades, or retired soldiers of the Nigerian Army. Their lifestyles revolve around women and money exorbitant spending.

The same thing is applicable to the activities of the recruited bigoted gangs from the Ijaw stock, loyal to Asari Dokubo. Most of us have forgotten that the kidnappings on a massive scale started in the Niger Delta. These are the people who are being recruited come to terrorize the people in the hinterland most times at the behest of some of the politicians

This is a warning and advice to Ijaw people. We do know that there are some Ijaw conscientious people, some of whom support Biafra’s self-determination. However, we are warning the Ijaw people who see the Igbos as their problem that the era of being used as a willing tools to commit crimes and destitution in Igbo land has come to an end. The Ijaw nation has for no reason resented the Igbos even though we dịd nothing to them. IPOB will no longer tolerate the excesses of the Ijaw folks. IPOB is championing for Biafra referendum and if you are not interested, you can decline induction into the Biafra nation. But, IPOB will no longer tolerate the excesses of the Ijaws against Ndigbo. It is only the Ijaws who have voluntarily accepted to consolidated project of killing Ndigbo and I have not such betrayal being reciprocated by Ndigbo instead the Igbos have provided shelter and all sorts of brotherly support. In 2025, IPOB will no longer tolerate the excesses of bigoted Ijaw boys against Ndigbo. No one has a monopoly over violence.

I must also warn Nigerian journalists again to always verify their news before publishing and tagging IPOB.

And these Igbo Governors whose security kill armed robbers and tag them IPOB. We must warn them to take caution because they never parade those criminals alive or question them openly to ascertain their true identity. It is only their dead bodies that they never hesitate to tag IPOB.

The attitude of moving on silently with a bush from which a policeman or army stopped and ordered a passenger to step down should stop. We should be our brother’s keeper. In such a Scenerio, Biafrans should be mustering the courage to gently request that the forced man allow the driver of such a bus to take the details of the arrested person and communicate with his/her people about the the situation. The name of the police officer and station should also necessarily be always demanded. Because of these, these force men end up wasting the lives of such Biafrans.
