The Indigenous people of Biafra ( IPOB) derives Its ruling power from Central body known as Directorate of states the (DOS ) down to the family Units . Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the founder of the global family of IPOB and the supreme leader of IPOB worldwide .Mazi Nnamdi Kanu instituted the directorate of states of IPOB to be the governing body that is running the day to day affairs of IPOB worldwide,
IPOB as a freedom fighter movement has chosen ( C&C) command and control as its leadership Policy as per Cand C policy it is composrily expected that every department working for IPOB whether as independent cooperate organization or as an affalite group must composrily report and take instructions from the highest leadership body called the (DOS) Directorate of States of IPOB of which Mazi Chika Edoziem is the head .
This includes the legal department, security department, Media department, finance department and liaison department .
In the absence of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the supreme leader of IPOB world wide, no head of department team is superior to Mazi Chika Edoziem or independent and above taking orders or instructions from Mazi Chika Edoziem . As the Head of Directorate of states Mazi Chika Edoziem remain the final say to all team working on behalf of IPOB and all team working for IPOB must report their work to Mazi Chika Edoziem and take instructions from him .
Anything out side this shall be seen as insubordination and must be resisted in respective of your portfolio in IPOB . To before warned is to before harmed .
