Kenya's Government Need to prove there innocents

Since Kenya is denying collaborating with Nigeria in the extraordinarily rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. It's worth's proving their innocence's by them suing Nigeria to query how and why Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, whose details and logistics shows he is in Kenya, then mysteriously happened to be in Nigeria.
Extraordinarily Rendition is a heinous act that should attract heavy and gross punishment on the violated country.
Kenya cannot refute their involvement by just mere denial. Do they mean they are not in charge of their airspace? Do they claim unaware of a flight that landed and also took off from their airport to Nigeria??
Airway activities including landing and taking off is a very careful contingent that goes with careful attention and documentation as it regards to boarder control; especially in a country like Kenya that have suffered series of terrorists attacks.
Kenya's denial of collaboration with Nigeria govt in Mnk extraordinarily rendition raises a dust that in this century, African countries are still teaming up to commit and cover heinous acts. This calls for serious attention. The world should be concerned about this.
