The global family and movement of indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) under the competent leadership of the self conscious and great leader Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu Kanu warns Biafrans, friends of Biafran, lovers of Biafra freedom and the international community on systematic murder by the Nigerian government and judiciary Mazi Nnamdi Kanu planned while using their fraudulent judicial system.
Our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has been kidnapped, extra-referred to Nigeria and remanded in the intelligence solidarity detention in Abuja for almost three years. His health has worsened in prisons, and the intelligence service has used experimental drugs and procedures for his serious health problems. The DSS intelligence service lacks the appropriate medical facilities to treat his heart problems. Abuja court of appeal has discharged and acquitted him but the lawless Nigerian government has decided not to acquit him using Nigeria's corrupt judicial system. They have also decided not to give him access to adequate medical care.
It seems the murderous Nigerian government and judiciary have decided to systematically eliminate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by illegally detaining him until his heart and lungs give out.
IPOB family informs the Nigerian government and judiciary that IPOB will revenge on any or any group involved in the prosecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu if anything undesirable happens to him. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu did not commit any crime. Instead, it was the lawless Nigerian government and its murderous security agencies that committed crimes against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB. Igbo politicians must use this little chance they have wisely to ensure that the Nigerian government and Britain that want to strangle Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in solitary confinement by the intelligence service, does not do so.
Despite all the judicial focus, the Nigerian government must ensure that our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu doesn't die in their hands nor dies shortly after his release. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's life is a trigger that can destroy Nigeria and the generations unborn. Those who want to brand us as terrorists and those who are friends of Nigeria should advise the Nigerian government to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in good health as the judges of the court of appeal declared. The same peaceful IPOB you see all over the world is capable of taking on Nigeria if need be. This is not a threat but a promise.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu filed a complaint at his last court date on Tuesday 19th. March 2024, on lung pain and knot pain under arms and armpits. He also said the Nigerian government want to kill him little by little. Using judicial focus to detain Mazi Kanu while he waits for his health to deteriorate to incurable level will not be acceptable to IPOB and Biafrans. Mazi Kanu has defeated the Nigerian government at their court of appeal and we insist that he be released unconditionally and without further bodily harm.
The international community, the United Nations, the European Union (EU), the African Union (AU), Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Intersociety and all respected human rights activists and organisations around the world must not blame IPOB for taking the laws into our own hands at the right time. When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.
