Nnamdi Kanu made the struggle for Biafra about the people. In Nnamdi Kanu's Biafra, the people matters more than any other thing. The oil, the coal or the stones and all natural resources matters less and can't be compared to the Freedom of the people of Biafra. Under the DSS detention, they tried to buy him thinking he has a prize tag. They thought oil well can buy him, but he turned all of it down.
Why is it Nnamdi Kanu?
Most of us here have been for Biafra, but never wanted to support any particular leader. After Odumegwu Ojukwu, non have been like him until Nnamdi Kanu came on. Many have come before Nnamdi Kanu, but non can withstand him. Looking at him with that inner eye, you will see that he is prepared for this struggle from Chukwu Okike Abiama himself. His eloquence, his steadfastness and trustworthiness is second to non. He is a Biafran with a difference. He has rattled the Caliphate and help rewrite the erroneous views of other Nigerians who thinks that every Igbo has a prize tag.
With Nnamdi Kanu we rediscovered ourselves after the defeat we suffered in 1970. The policies meant to annihilate us all. The stealing of our monies in Nigeria banks, the 3Rs that were carried out only in the North where war was not fought, the confiscation of our properties and the massive lost of jobs. Today, we know that the war didn't end with no Victor and no vanquished. That slogan was a lie meant to subdue us the more. Thanks to Nnamdi Kanu, we know that HausaFulani remains the Victor of 1967/70 civil war. We know we are the vanquished and we are fighting for our freedom.
Those fighting Nnamdi Kanu is fighting God. This is because he is God's anointed. He is like the biblical Joshua that led the people of Israel to the promised land and he will lead Biafrans to Biafra.
Those still seeing IPOB as an organization or group are those without inner eye capable of visualizing reality. IPOB is an acronym for Indigenous People Of Biafra. It's the people. The entire people. No one can say he is a Biafran but not IPOB. This is because we all are indigenous to Biafra. When Nnamdi Kanu was here, he called and we answered. In millions we sang his name and made him the face and leader of Biafra. No one can bring IPOB down. If the fire force of a combined army of Britain, Russia, Egypt, Nigeria etc couldn't kill the resolve of the Biafrans of 1967 to be free, no in-house fighting or betrayal can bring the indigenous Biafrans of today down.
Leaders are born, and not made. We saw a leader in him and we chose him. He walked the streets of Aba, Onitsha, Owerri and Umuahia with the people proclaiming him as Holy Man capable of saving his people from the bondage of slavery.
Nnamdi Kanu's work is not over. It's still on. At the appointed time, he will break the chains holding him and from the mountain top give the message of freedom to the people of Biafra.
And at last Biafra will be restored!
