1.Remove your eyes from the finance of that organization if you are not appointed in any of the department.
2. Don't eye any position in that organisation because if they fail to give you the position you will definitely become rebellious.
3. Obey the principles and command of that organization even if the man that is giving the command is your greatest enemy,a lot of soldiers don't like the army chief of staff but they have no choice than to obey his order even if he is the one that executed their parents
4. Forget about the number of years you have spent in that organisation and for that reason you sees it as a criteria to raise your shoulder before other newly appointed officers or new members or seeing yourself as being too important in the organization.

5. Don't see yourself as being so wealthy that other people must bow before you or that you are the one that makes the highest donation in that organisation because nothing last forever.
