Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of millions of Biafran people, today your case will be decided at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the highest appeal court in Nigeria not because you are a thief or kidnapper nor did you commit any criminal offence known to any law in the world.
You will be before the court of records in Nigeria facing the world innocently but your case will be decided by one of the most criminally corrupt judicial systems in the world.
Today history will be made with the name of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and a new law will be recorded in the law of Nigeria with his name attached to it.
Today Mazi Nnamdi Kanu shall lead the IPOB and the Biafran people from the front as we come face-to-face with our oppressors at their apex court.
Today it shall be a win-win thing for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB and the Biafra restoration project at the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
If they refuse to validate the ruling of the appeal court of 13th October 2022 which discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu their already-known corrupt judicial system will be once again exposed to the world and Mazi Nnamdi and the IPOB proven right to the irredeemable situation of the failed British experiment.
Also if they validate the ruling of the appeal court of 13th October 2022 which discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu they will be validating the rights of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB to agitate for the restoration of Biafra through a referendum.
The eyes of the world are on Nigeria and its judicial system and any ruling today from the Supreme Court shall define a new course to the future of the contraption called Nigeria and will bring the restoration of Biafra closer and faster.
We have Nigeria where we have always wanted to see them, with their back on the ground and their hands and legs swimming in the air struggling for the air to survive. We couldn't have asked for a better time and opportunity to project our struggle when Nigeria is now the announcer.
Nigeria is a reckless state that has no respect for the rule of law and human rights, this is a trap and a test which they have failed and fallen for. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu told them he was going to disgrace them before the world but they never believed him, here we are today faced with the reality.
The face might be Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who has been illegally detained at the DSS dungeon for over two years but it is the Nigeria state that is on trial and the world is watching keenly aware of their judicial system which has become a mockery to the world.
Nigeria will be asking how they got here that their judicial system and the entire political system will be on trial by itself.
Nigeria disobeyed and disregarded every local and international law and treaty just to force Mazi Nnamdi Kanu into Nigeria to face trial. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped in Kenya in 2021 by the secret agents of the Nigerian government with the help of some corrupt Kenyan officials and officers. He was tortured and detained for days before being smuggled into Nigeria without any extradition process in the court.
The Nigerian government has no option but to let him go to save their face from some shame and disgrace. They should release him immediately, announce a date for the Biafra referendum and try to redeem themselves before the international community.
We are not begging them to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu but it is something they MUST do or BURST!
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience.
Let him go and let Biafra go!
