The only that has changed is the strategy, which is necessary to make it possible to continue the same agenda in even a more profitable mode.
Unfortunately, the African who had in his mind, a genuine intention to cooperate and collaborate with this European on their first meeting has still not learnt any lesson. Today, he has in his mind that his enslaver and colonizer has changed, so he is now calling him his development partner.
But the truth is that the European capitalists wouldn't have invested so much time and resources in destroying Africa and the African people if they have any intention to rebuild her then after! In the mind of the European Capitalists, the down side of African is a profiting opportunity for them and we must know this.
Africa can only rebuild Africa from within. The truth may sound unpleasant but it has to be spoken. Stop given out the mines, the land, and the resources out in the name of partnership.
