Our visit today to our indefatigable Client, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, was led by our erudite Lead Counsel, Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN.
The legal Iroko spent quality and ample time with Onyendu, which afforded him the opportunity to brief Onyendu on the status of our appeal before the Supreme Court and further steps being taken to ensure his unconditional release. However, the time allotted for the visit elapsed before the conclusion of same.
A more detailed update will be given after our next visit on Thursday.
May I use this opportunity to state categorically, that I have not withdrawn and/or discontinued my earlier suit, and I have no intention of doing so. Any such insinuation is merely a wishful thinking on the part of those pushing that narrative.
We urge you Ezigbo UmuChineke, never to relent in your prayers and intercessions for Onyendu, until his release, which is inevitable and sacrosanct.
