Update: "Yoruba Leaders Killed in Fulani Extremist Attacks a Declaration of War"

The Yoruba community must recognize that the Fulani have initiated a conflict against them.

Before the amalgamation of Nigeria, the killing of ‘the king: from other ethnic groups was considered a clear declaration of war.

The recent targeted killings of two Yoruba ‘kings’ by Fulani extremists represent a direct act of aggression within Yoruba territory.

Remaining passive in the face of these events due to the presence of @officialABAT in office is an act of cowardice. Must every Yoruba individual be sacrificed to protect Tinubu?

In 2021, before Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s kidnap by @NigeriaGov, he stood in defence of the Yoruba people, even providing intelligence on the whereabouts of Fulani terrorists in the forests. Today, with MNK in detention, there seems to be a void in advocacy for the Yoruba community.

Accompanying this message is a distressing clip of the lifeless body of a Yoruba king, a victim of a Fulani terrorist attack.

How much more devastation must occur before the Yoruba community realizes that the Igbo people are not their adversaries and cease the propagation of animosity towards them?

This attack is unequivocally reprehensible.
