Northern Elders forum (NEF ) in their widely publicized statement online and in news print where they condemned the activities of Eastern security network for carrying out their lawful duty in chasing away the marauding herdsmen from our farmland and bushes in line with the enforcement of anti open grazing law already passed as a consituted law ,by the elected house members of state Assemblies in all eastern Region is highly condemnable and provocative and such statement is called to be withdrawn while apology is rendered . I continue to imagine why the said eleders that should be an advocate of peace and harmony by condemñing the criminal herdsmen that are molesting innocent villagers engaging in kidnaping of citizens for ransom , raping our mothers and young girls , destroying our farm crops have never release any statement in condemnation of the activities of these bandits coursing havoc across six geo political zone in the contraption called Nigeria . But they have the audacity to reference the gallant men of Eastern security network a vigilantee of Eastern region known as Biafra land and a community inspired security outfit as criminal element who are trying to subvert their so called peacful cohesion . I also wonder why Ndigbo are silent on such derogative comment on ESN ..
The question NEF must not fail to answer is when they formed sharia police , Hisba police in the north that enforces sharia law irrespective of once religion and heaven did not fall , what makes them thinks that heaven will fall if herdsmen bandits of fulani tribe in our land are chased and harrassed out of our farmland and forest and their cattles are killed to maintain law and order in our land ?
Blackmail and intimidation cannot stop the good work of Eastern security Network in our land. ESN has come to stay and shall continue to carry out their lawful duty in our land in chasing out bandits from our farms and forest until Biafra is restored and beyond .
